PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Foliar sprayed, ITCAN is registered as sprout inhibitor during storage on potato, onion, shallot and garlic crops. ITCAN also controls potato volunteers.
As secondary effect on potato crops, ITCAN is well known to have a positive effect on regrowth by limiting most of regrowth symptoms (preventing from:
glassy tubers, low dry matter content, vegetative restart, net yield reduction…)

ITCAN provides more regularity on tuber's form (decrease deformed tubers) ITCAN also has a positive effect on internal sprouts. Packed in 1 kg soluble bags, ITCAN is registered at 5 kg/ha on potato and 4 kg/ha on Onion, Shallot and Garlic.

Additional usages are registered in France:

  • control of foliar and roots development restart of field stored carrots
    (5 kg/ha)
  • sucker & broomrape control in  tobacco (3,75 kg/ha)
